Love this beef mince. It cooks up very nicely so different to supermarket brands. Everything about it is perfect especially as it is unaged. Best beef mince I've used.
These marrow burgers are succulent and delicious. Very tender and full of flavour without adding anything else.

As an histamine intolerant carnivore I totally rely on unaged meat. This mince fits the bill exactly and is delicious. It cooks in less than five minutes and is perfect every time.

It's a great product, it's strange that none or little fat is added so it's a very lean for mince standards and there's a little too much liver 20% so it's still a little strong compared to the heart mince which only 10% heart. Still it's probably the best beef liver product you can get in the UK.
