When will my order be delivered?
- We ship parcels with our courier Parcelforce on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
- Parcels are delivered by Parcelforce on the day after collection, or occasionally on day 2 after collection from us.
- For example a parcel collected from us by Parcelforce on a Monday will be delivered by Parcelforce on Tuesday or Wednesday.
- If you are buying frozen meat items (e.g. quick frozen unaged meat if you have a histamine intolerance problem) you must buy a polystyrene parcel packing box which is available to purchase at the checkout. This will ensure that your meat stays frozen during the 24-48 hours it takes to get to your home.
