Our burgers are enjoyed at events throughout Ireland and are produced from our grass fed beef, free range pork and wild venison. They are made by had by our butcher here on the farm. We use a range of simple ingredients to produce natural delicious burgers. Our range includes the classic burgers which we cook outdoors at shows and fairs, plus additive free burgers and gluten free burgers which are made using pure meat mixed with a little gluten free rusk and herbs.
