How is a courier parcel box kept cold?
On the cart (shopping basket) page of the checkout, you can opt to upgrade your shipping box to a polystyrene box, lined with wool insulated sheets, and packed with ice. We recommend this box for shipping quick frozen (unaged, low histamine) meat and all frozen meat products.
Our standard shipping box is a biodegradable corrugated cardboard box lined with a plastic barrier then lined with a wool insulated sheets and packed with ice. If you do not opt to upgrade to a polystyrene shipping box then we will automatically ship your order in this standard shipping box.
