What to do if your parcel hasn't arrived by 5 pm on the scheduled delivery date
If your order is being delivered by Parcelforce, we will send you an email on the day it leaves our farm with the Parcelforce tracking number. You will be able to track your parcel on the next day from 9 am on www.parcelforce.com. Your parcel should be delivered between 9 am and 5 pm on the day after it is shipped from our farm. If it hasn't arrived by 4.30 pm please track your parcel on www.parcelforce.com/track-trace and if it is still out for delivery we suggest you phone your nearest Parcelforce depot with your tracking number so they can advise you on its progress. If your parcel has not arrived by 5 pm on the day it is due to arrive please contact us and we will track the parcel for you.
PLEASE TAKE QUICK ACTION IF YOUR PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED ON THE DATE OF DELIVERY
We are only able to take action with Parcelforce if you tell us about the non arrival of your parcel. As all the items are perishable you should contact us immediately (on the scheduled date of delivery) or at the latest the next day so that we have a chance of tracking the parcel and ensuring it gets to you in good condition.
