How to cook dry cured bacon

Because dry cured bacon has not had extra water added frying is the best cooking method. Heat a frying pan, then add a teaspoon of oil or fat (lard, olive oil or sunflower oil).  Fry the bacon gently one one side until the fat starts to turn golden. Flip over and fry the other side - when it is ready the fat will be bubbling gently.  Eat immediately while warm
