We supply free range wild boar Tamworth X pork which has been reared in the outdoors alongside Tamworth pigs to which it is very closely linked genetically. This cross breed produces 'Iron Age' pigs . This produces speciality gourmet pork from which we make herb and juniper sausages, hams, bacon and pancetta.
