This is a delicious cut for slow cooking. Our County Down grass-fed shoulder of lamb on the bone requires low gentle cooking to develop its rich flavour.
We grow our lamb slowly for 6 months to ensure the lamb develops a proper texture and plenty of flavour. With bone marrow running through the cut and delicious melting fat shoulder of lamb makes a really satisfying meal
