Centre loin of lamb is the prime cut from the lamb and makes an easy dinner party or celebration roast.  It is tender so needs only a short time in the oven.   This roast is on the bone which adds flavour to the roast and gravy. 

This product is butchered and frozen as soon as it arrives from the abattoir which makes it a more suitable lamb product for histamine intolerance. Our standard lamb products are hung for 2-3 weeks before butchery - this product in contrast is butchered and frozen approximately 2-3 days after slaughter to minimise histamine development. To minimise histamine development It should be kept frozen, thawed quickly and cooked immediately after thawing. When cooked it should be eaten immediately, or refrozen as cooked meat immediately.
