The sausages and burgers in this range are made from free range and grass fed meat, minced twice, mixed with a little pea flake or tapioca flour to give them structure, seasoned with herbs, onions and/or garlic plus salt and pepper. (Please note: These meat products are made with ingredients which do not contain gluten but are made in a butchery in which we store and use gluten rusk to make other products, so we cannot guarantee that these products are free of trace amounts of gluten which can be present in the air.)
Our range of Farmers' Daughter handmade preserves is entirely free of chemical preservatives and gluten. The jams and marmalade are made from fruit and sugar only - and are made with no additional pectin. The chutneys and ketchup are made from hand chopped vegetables, salt, sugar, spices and vinegar.
All our products are made in a small multipurpose kitchen in which nuts and seeds are used and stored, so are not suitable for anyone who is are allergic to nuts or seeds.
