Browse our range of gluten free and additive free sausages, burgers and sausage meats. The products in this range are made from free range and grass fed meat, minced twice, mixed with a little pea flake or tapioca flour to give them structure, seasoned with herbs, onions and/or garlic plus salt and pepper. (Please note: These meat products are made with ingredients which do not contain gluten but are made in a butchery in which we store and use gluten rusk to make other products, so we cannot guarantee that these products are free of trace amounts of gluten which can be present in the air.)
Please note: Our products are made in a small multipurpose kitchen in which nuts and seeds are used and stored, so cannot be guaranteed as free of traces of nuts or seeds.
