Gluten free and additive free
These sausages and burgers are made from free range and grass fed meat, minced twice, mixed with a little pea flake or tapioca flour to give them structure, seasoned with herbs, onions and/or garlic plus salt and pepper.
Please note: These products are made with ingredients which do not contain gluten but are made in a butchery in which we store and use gluten rusk to make other products, so we cannot guarantee that these products are free of trace amounts of gluten which can be present in the air.
