A delicious Aylesbury type culinary duck, providing delicious lean meat, with not too too much fat but just enough to run out of the duck to cook the roasties perfectly. Game aged, and dry plucked for a delicious crispy skin. Ideal for a celebration or for proper Sunday lunch. Makes a marvellous alternative to a Christmas goose for couple or small family. Oven ready, with giblets.
Ducks are oven ready with their giblets removed, but included in a separate bag. Fresh Ducks (2.5kg) are available for collection from 23 December onwards. Frozen ducks (2.2kg) are available now.
