We have a small family farm in County Down, where our pigs range freely. Our farming practices are sustainable and chemical-free. Our number-one priority is a stress-free life for our pigs. Our pigs are fed a 100% chemical & meat-free diet.
Our pigs live a natural life outdoors in their herd and we use the whole animal nose to tail. Our pork, hams, bacon and sausages are hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and moisture-infusion free. All of our pork, hams, bacon and sausages are cut, dry-cured and air dried in our butchery and smokery on the farm.
