If for any reason you are not satisfied with your  order  you  should inform us within 24 hours of delivery.  You must arrange for the goods to be returned to us at your own expense.  The returned goods must be carefully repacked in the original packaging.  Once the goods have been returned to us, if we are satisfied that they are faulty or unfit for use we will arrange a full refund, including any delivery charge incurred.  We will not accept liability for non delivery of goods if the address information supplied by the customer is insufficient or if the customer fails to arrange to sign for receipt of the goods.  

If you have any complaints regarding any aspect of Pheasants Hill Farm service please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.  , Pheasants’ Hill Farms’ total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Pheasants’ Hill Farm to the customer.
