Cooking method
Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Pan fry the steaks until rare/medium - overcooking will dry out the meat.
Deglaze the pan with a little red wine, and stir in some redcurrant jelly - stir and cook for a few minutes. Pour over the steaks.
Ready to cook. Individually packed steaks. Defrost in less than 1/2 hour
Drop the individual vacuum packs into luke warm water.
