Venison & rabbit
We are able to supply you with a fantastic range of free range wild venison cuts when in season. We have sourced this fantastic venison from an estate near us in County Down. The deer roam freely within the estate and live outside all year long. As the deer graze on grass and mixed pasture, the meat is extremely low in cholesterol. Hung in our butchery for a minimum of two weeks, it is unbelievably tender. Venison is extremely lean, and so benefits from marinating for at least 24 hours to bring out the best flavour.
